Cookie Dough to Arrive Oct. 9, 2012 –
We are happy to announce the delivery date for the cookie dough. The truck should arrive on Tuesday, October 9 around 8:00 am. It will take a little time to unload and organize, but orders will be available after 9:00 am in the lower band room in the band building. We will have the room open until 7:00 pm that night. Feel free to stop in any time between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm on Oct. 9 and pick up the orders to be delivered. Take a moment to make sure you’ve found all your boxes and not any extras by mistake. The band building is located just across 15th street north of the main BMS Building.
The cookie dough arrives refrigerated, but does not need to be re-refrigerated right away. Return the money collected after the orders have been delivered. Checks can be made out to BMS Bands. We will do the cash prizes after all the money has been collected and turned in.
Thanks again for all the help with this endeavor. It has been a huge success and I am humbled by all the support. It shouldn’t surprise me because we have great kids in the band and obviously have great parents and role models.
