Welcome Back
First let me start by saying…. Welcome Back!
Another summer has flown by and another great school year is upon us. We have an exciting year planned and I can’t wait to see everyone and start in. We have terrific music to play, exciting places to visit, and wonderful memories to make.
Incoming Band Students –
I would like to welcome our beginning students and parents to the program and say that I can’t wait to get started. I know some were worried about tracking an instrument down over the summer. I would like to set your mind at ease and let you know that you don’t necessarily need one yet. We’ll spend the first couple of weeks balancing our instrumentation and the kids won’t need horns until that last week of August. We’ll have plenty of time now that school starts to work out details and Paige’s Music will conduct another display. Until then keep up to date by subscribing to our emails here on our website.
Still Not Too Late For Beginning Band Enrollment –

We have a lot to offer here at BMS and the band program is a great way to get involved in our school.
7th and 8th Grade Bands
The 7th and 8th grade bands are ready to start playing right away. On Tuesday we’ll go over the year ahead and discuss our goals. Wednesday we’ll pass out school instruments and Thursday we’ll start playing in class. I can’t wait to hear what we sound like.
